What started in 2018 as simple messenger orders is today a fully digitalised business with its own online shop, customer app, inventory management, and two point-of-sale systems.
Starting Point
In 2018, the entire business ran through WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. Customers sent messages, the owner typed replies, wrote orders on scraps of paper, and handled everything by hand. No online shop, no accounting system, no structure.
That worked — until it didn't. As the customer base grew and order volumes increased, the manual approach became a bottleneck. Orders got lost, prices weren't always correct, and there was no overview of stock or income at all.
Ferhatovic didn't need a quick fix — they needed a partner who thinks ahead and grows alongside them. That became the foundation of a collaboration that continues to this day.

Every system is connected to the others. Orders from the app flow into inventory management. Stock levels update automatically. The owner has a complete real-time overview of the business for the first time.
